Jakarta (MidLand) – Social media platform X will launch a TV application in the near future that will offer various video content to its users.
Quoted by Tech Crunch on Thursday, X CEO Linda Yaccarino announced that the X on TV app will feature interesting content and real time ke smart TV.
This application will have a trending video algorithm to help users stay updated with currently popular content. Apart from this, users can also enjoy videos grouped based on certain topics with the support of artificial intelligence (AI).

The X on TV application also supports cross-platform use so that videos that users watch on mobile can also be viewed on the TV screen.
Yaccarino said the app features improved video search and will be available on “almost all smart TVs.” While not revealing a launch date, X executives say the X on TV app will be available soon.

The announcement of the launch of the X for TV app comes after Donald Trump’s media company Truth Social revealed its plans to launch the service streaming Live TV.
Donald Trump-owned company claimed service platform streaming will focus on news content and religious channels, as well as “banned” or “suppressed content on other platforms and services.”
