Veda Ega Pratama is satisfied with his racing career in 2023
Buriram, Thailand (MidLand) – Young Indonesian rider, Veda Ega Pratama, admitted that he is satisfied with his racing career in 2023 by participating in the 2023 Asia Talent Cup and Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) in the Asia Production 250 ( AP250) class.
Veda achieved positive results in the two competitions, where in the 2023 Asia Talent Cup (ATC) he became champion and in the 2023 ARRC AP250 class finished the competition in the top three after winning in the final race one series at Chang International. Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, Saturday (2/12).
At the ATC, the 15-year-old driver achieved a brilliant result by winning the championship by taking two records, the most victories, i.e. nine victories and the most points with 256 points.

“At the Asia Talent Cup I was very happy, this year at the Asia Talent Cup I managed to get number one nine times, some came fifth, some second and some fell. “Yes, thank God we were the overall champions,” Veda said when she met reporters after the second race of the ARRC AP250 final series on Sunday.
For the ARRC AP250, in the final series of the second race, Veda was forced to not finish the race because he crashed at the fourth corner of the first lap after having an accident with the Thai rider Muklada Sarapuech. However, even though he failed to score points, that did not dampen his gratitude for his racing results this season.
“At the ARRC I am very happy, because the Astra Honda Racing Team can help me get the best results at the ARRC in 250, get several podiums and number one, yes, I am very happy,” he said.

On the same occasion, the runner born on November 23, 2008 gave his response regarding the accident that happened to him at the start of the race after the collision with Muklada.
According to him the crash was purely a racing accident and not the fault of the home rider who seemed to be racing very aggressively today.
“I actually heard the sound of a motorbike coming in, I just turned around, suddenly there was Muklada, I crashed into it, so I fell,” Veda explained.
