Jakarta (MidLand) – PT Trakindo Utama, a distributor of Caterpillar heavy equipment in Indonesia, has won the Best Employers 2023 award from global HR consultancy firm Kincentric as it is believed to have created a good work experience for employees.
“This result is very important for us to measure employees’ emotional and intellectual commitment to the company, so that we can achieve organizational sustainability,” Trakindo managing director Yulia Yasmina said in her official statement on Friday .
The high employee engagement figures also managed to lead Trakindo to receive further awards, in particular a special recognition as one of the companies with the highest employee engagement or Most Engaged Workplace.

The results of a survey conducted by Kincentric stated that Trakindo employees were considered satisfied in various aspects, including support in employee development and career advancement, pride in being part of Trakindo and the feeling that employee collaboration was good through clear and open communication.
Based on Kincentric’s evaluation indicators, employees rate Trakindo as quite effective in innovation achieving employee satisfaction of 94%.
Besides that, most of the employees also think that Trakindo pays attention and facilitates the employees by providing the latest technology to do their work optimally as demonstrated by 94% employee satisfaction.

Employees also think that Trakindo can promote a good collaborative culture within the organization where employee satisfaction reaches 91%, so that the company’s divisions can create good synergy with each other.
It is notable that Trakindo continues to show an increase in employee engagement scores over the past 6 years. This year, Trakindo’s employee engagement score reached 95%, which is a 5% increase from the previous year.
“Trakindo achieved the highest score and now has the right to hold the prestigious status of one of the best companies in the Kincentric Best Employers 2023 category, with results that exceed the average of other companies in Indonesia,” said Andrew How, director of Kincentric Singapore. .
