TIME.CO, Jakarta – Microsoft has announced that it will begin rolling out Copilot as part of an update windows11 starting September 26, 2023. The Windows 11 update will introduce more than 150 new features.

1. Copilot in Windows
Copilot will allow users to complete tasks quickly. You can access Copilot from the taskbar or with the Win+C keyboard shortcut. It will open as a sidebar and open alongside all apps on all screen sizes.
2. Paint
Paint has been integrated with AI technology for drawing and digital creation with additional background and layer removal capabilities. Cocreator Preview also brings the power of generative AI to the Paint app.
3. Photo
The Photos app has also improved with artificial intelligence. Includes new features to make photo editing easier. These features include background blur which can make the subject of the photo stand out more.
“The Photos app automatically finds the background of a photo and, with one click, instantly highlights the subject and blurs the background,” Microsoft said.
We’ve made improvements to searches with photos stored in OneDrive accounts. Users can find photos more quickly based on the content of the photo and/or where they were taken.
4. Snipping Tool
The Snipping Tool now allows users to extract specific text content from images for pasting into other applications. Users can also easily protect sensitive information with text redaction using text actions after taking a screenshot.

5. Clipchamp
Clipchamp now features automatic composition and will help users with scene suggestions, editing and narration automatically based on images and recordings.
6. Notepad
Notepad will automatically begin saving session state so users can close Notepad without affecting the text content and continue where they left off. Notepad will also automatically restore previously opened tabs and unsaved content.
7. Perspectives
With the new Outlook, users can connect and coordinate multiple accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud and others in a single application.
8. File Explorer
File Explorer has been modernized with a home page, address bar, and search box to help users easily access important and relevant content. File Explorer will also have a Gallery feature designed to make it easier to access your photo collections.
9. Windows Backup
With windows Backing up and transitioning most files, apps, and settings from one Windows 11 PC to another will be easier.
