Jakarta (MidLand) – The Indonesian Internet Domain Name Manager (PANDI) will discuss the idea of ​​a digital sovereign Indonesia at the PANDI meeting to be held from 16 to 17 May 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Jakarta.

“PANDI, as the .id domain name registry, is very interested in efforts to realize Indonesian sovereignty, for example in the context of managing the .id domain as a demarcation of Indonesian territory on the Internet,” said the president of PANDI, John Sihar Simanjuntak, quoted in the organization’s statement. press release on Saturday (6/4) .

PANDI invites all players in the Internet industry and governance in Indonesia to contribute and participate in this annual event, which includes workshops, conferences, focus group discussions and policy meetings.
