The new look of WhatsApp will be more concise and simple: Okezone techno
I WAIT news in the messaging app Whatsapp starting to appear in the latest beta version. WhatsApp is increasingly evolving to meet growing user demands by revising the look and feel of the user interface to create a more appealing design.
Until several years after its launch, WhatsApp relied on its well-known flagship features to differentiate itself from the competition. As time goes by, followed by more and more other encrypted messaging apps, these apps have adopted many new features to keep up with changing user demands.
Reported by the site Android PoliceWednesday (27/9/2023) several important features, such as UI colors and icons, remain largely the same across all updates made by WhatsApp. But an overhaul is underway to change the overall look and feel of WhatsApp’s user interface.
In the near future, the app will ditch the familiar UI for a more modern look, although support for the Material You dynamic theme doesn’t appear to be available yet. Although the official date of the update is not yet clear, this new aspect is quite promising considering that Meta is currently carrying out several tests.
The latest beta version offers a taste of the latest version of the user interface. WhatsApp for Android version 2.23.20.10 beta shows grouped chat categories for all chats, unread messages, contacts and group chats.
What’s even cooler is that this update will introduce a “chat bubble” that was originally in the top right corner, which will become the bottom right and hang slightly.
The same source states that there will likely be several more updates in the future, before finally being released globally. (Salsabila Nur Azizah)
