Jakarta (MidLand) – The traffic directorate of Polda Metro Jaya on Tuesday opened five mobile driving license (SIM) service points for people who wish to apply for validity period extensions related to legal driving requirements in Jakarta.
Through the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, it was announced that this service is open from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB.
Here is a series of service locations:
East Jakarta: Grand Cakung Shopping Center
North Jakarta: LTC Glodok
South Jakarta: Kalibata Trilogy Campus
West Jakarta: Citraland shopping mall
Central Jakarta: Banteng Field Post Office
Documents that need to be brought to the mobile SIM include the original KTP and SIM along with photocopies, application form and health test at the point of sale.
This service only serves valid SIM A and SIM C extensions.
SIM holders whose validity period has expired must apply for a new SIM at Daan Mogot SIM Satpas, West Jakarta.
The renewal fee, in accordance with PP number 60 of 2016 relating to non-tax state revenue, is IDR 80,000 for SIM A extension and IDR 75,000 for SIM C extension.
