The Deputy Minister of Labor called for the implementation of industrial relations based on Pancasila

Jakarta (MidLand) – Deputy Minister of Labor (Wamenaker) Afriansyah Noor has called on the business community to support the government in establishing harmonious industrial relations by implementing the Pancasila Industrial Relations Implementation Guidelines.
According to information received in Jakarta on Friday, Deputy Labor Minister Afriansyah Noor appealed to companies to commit to implementing industrial relations guidelines based on Pancasila values as guidance in accordance with those contained in the guidelines set out in the Minister’s Decree of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 76 of 2024.
“Kepmenaker Number 76 of 2024 was issued in an effort to create harmonious and democratic industrial relations based on the values of Pancasila,” the deputy labor minister said at the inaugural ceremony in Indramayu, West Java, Thursday (2/5) .

Afriansyah explained that Pancasila Industrial Relations prioritizes the principles of adaptation and collaboration through deliberation by consensus, kinship and mutual cooperation.
These different principles, he said, need to be revived and echoed by all parties, considering that the Pancasila-based industrial relations model instills national values that become soul, guidelines and noble vision in all aspects of life.
“I assess that Pancasila Industrial Relations will be very effective in reducing dynamics and turbulence in the field of Industrial Relations in Indonesia and at the same time encouraging progress in the growth of harmonious industrial relations and impacting Indonesia’s economic growth,” he said.
In this regard, he said that the Ministry of Labor is very open and willing to listen to all complaints, suggestions and constructive criticism so that the world of work can be better.
“Let us strive to solve every problem that arises by prioritizing deliberation, so that Indonesia can show the world that Indonesia is a dignified country and is not inferior in competing with other countries,” Afriansyah Noor said.
