The beta version of the combined Disney+ and Hulu app will be released next month
Jakarta (MidLand) – The CEO of The Walt Disney Company, Bob Iger, said that the US media and entertainment company will launch a beta version of experience with a single app combined Disney+ and Hulu in December 2023.
“We are optimistic about the future of the company streaming us,” Iger said in Disney’s tax report, which was published on the company’s official website, Wednesday (8/11), local time.
He mentioned his company’s efforts to launch experience with a single app a more integrated domestic (combined application) creating entertainment content for program subscribers beam via Disney+ is going according to plan.

Iger said Disney will release a beta version of the app in December 2023 to give parents time to try it out and determine the most appropriate settings before the app officially launches in early spring 2024.
“And if you consider the components and the future of the business streamingimagine the opportunities offered by a further fusion of experiences streaming Disney+, Hulu and ESPN for us as a company and for consumers,” Iger said.
The Walt Disney Company noted that more than 50% of new subscribers in the United States in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023 – ended September 30, 2023 – chose to advertise Disney+ products.
“We have the best advertising technology in the industry streaming globally and we just introduced new tools that will make the platform even more attractive to advertisers,” Iger said.
