This service is designed to provide convenience and efficiency in transactions, especially in situations where you cannot access an ATM card, but still need cash.
Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) has provided this service, which makes it easier for people to make transactions in a more convenient way.
Now you can make cash withdrawals at ATMs without a card simply by using smartphones with the BNI application Mobile bank.
Cardless cash withdrawals (Mobile Cash) can be made via BNI ATMs, both to deposit and withdraw cash, as well as via ATM Link (BNI).
For those of you who want to make a cash withdrawal but have forgotten to bring your card, here are the conditions and methods for withdrawing cash without a card via BNI ATM:
Conditions for withdrawing cash without a physical BNI Bank card
• Have a BNI account and have registered on the BNI application Mobile bank.
• Have a sufficient balance in a BNI BANK account.
How to withdraw cash without a physical card at a BNI ATM
1. Download or install the “BNI Mobile bank” Through Play shop (Android) or App Store (iOS).
2. Make sure you have followed the requirements by registering a BNI account in the BNI application Mobile bank.
3. Open the BNI application Mobile bank ON smartphones You.
4. Then click “Mobile Cash” located at the bottom right, click “Approve” and click “Continue”.
5. Several options will then appear and select “Funds Source Account”.
6. Next, click on “Target Mobile Number” for yourself or someone else.
7. Enter the cash withdrawal amount as per your wish in multiples of 50 thousand IDR or 100 thousand IDR.
8. If you make a cash withdrawal using someone else’s number, enter the recipient’s name and mobile number and register it as a favorite.
9. Wait for a while, until a notification appears to validate your cash withdrawal details such as debit account number, mobile number and recipient name.
10. Next enter your BNI PIN Mobile bank You.
11. You will then be provided with a transaction code to make cash withdrawals at the ATM. The transaction code is valid for 2 hours.
12. Visit your nearest BNI ATM to make a cash withdrawal.
13. Select the menu “Mobile Cash” or “Cardless Transaction”, then enter the transaction code that was registered through BNI Mobile bank and click “Continue”.
14. Next enter the OTP code sent to you via the destination mobile number. Then click “Continue”.
15. The cash withdrawal operation was successful and the ATM will issue money.
