It is hoped that with real action from the Gulbencal Task Force, the machinery of government, including health services, especially in the Tagulandang area, can be quickly realized and business can be carried out as normal as usual.

Mount Ruang, in Tagulandang, Sitaro, erupted on April 16, 2024 after increasing seismic activity.
To the eruption, Pangdam XIII/Merdeka responded quickly by ordering Task Force Gulbencal, specifically the unit in North Sulawesi, with 89 personnel, to depart immediately for the Sitaro Islands.
The task force is equipped with various communications equipment, logistics, medical and medical equipment, as well as other disaster relief equipment.*
