Nayunda explained that the Balenciaga bag and gold necklace were donated by SYL through the Director of Agricultural Tools and Machinery at the Ministry of Agriculture in 2023, Muhammad Hatta, while it was not revealed to whom the ring.
“The gold necklace is inside paper bag which contains a black Balenciaga bag, so give it as a gift too. “I forgot the ring,” Nayunda said as a witness at an interrogation hearing at the Jakarta Corruption Crimes Court (Tipikor) on Wednesday.
Even so, Nayunda admitted that she did not know the price of the various SYL gifts or the source of the money.
For the gold necklace that SYL gave him, he admitted that he sold it because the necklace was very thin and small. “It’s like a child’s necklace, so I’m selling it,” he added.

Nayunda Nabila was called as a witness at the trial of an alleged corruption case within the Ministry of Agriculture because she was often invited by SYL to sing at various Ministry of Agriculture events and was allegedly paid using money from the extortion by SYL against ministerial officials.
The dangdut singer who graduated from the talent search event, Rising Star Indonesia, also admitted that he became an honorary staff member of the Ministry of Agriculture after asking for help from SYL’s nephew Andi Tenri Bilang or Bibie, and of being paid IDR 4.3 million. every month for a year. However, Nayunda only went to the office twice.
In this case, SYL was accused of extortion and receiving tips totaling IDR 44.5 billion in alleged corruption cases at the Ministry of Agriculture in the period 2020 to 2023.
The extortion was carried out together with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture for the period 2021-2023, Kasdi Subagyono, and the Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery of the Ministry of Agriculture for the period 2023, Muhammad Hatta, who was also the defendant responsible.
The two officials from the Ministry of Agriculture are the coordinators of collecting money from Level I officials and their staff, including paying for the personal needs of SYL’s family.
For its actions, SYL was accused of violating Article 12 letter e and Article 12 letter B arrived Article 18 of law number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of corruption crimes, as amended by law number 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph 1 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) jo. Article 64 paragraph 1 of the penal code.
