Samsung is expected to make the Galaxy Z Fold6 FE
Jakarta (MidLand) – Samsung is expected to make a cheaper version of its premium foldable device, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series is one of the pioneering foldable cell phone products and is popular in the market. However, Samsung’s flagship foldable phone still comes at a premium price.
Gizchina’s report, Saturday (16/3), explained that the FE series used by Samsung refers to the “Fan Edition”. The FE version of the Samsung mobile is cheaper than the regular series, however the mobile still offers a tasteful experience flagship.
The first news regarding the Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE came from local South Korean media ETnews, which claimed that two models of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 would be made. One of the devices will come with S-Pen support, while the other will not .

One such device is estimated to be the Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE which could be folded without S Pen support.
Meanwhile, the one with S Pen support will be the main Z Fold 6. This strategy will allow Samsung to reduce costs for cheaper versions.
The introduction of the new FE model is in line with the trend of Chinese companies to offer foldable phones at lower prices.
A Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra model was also previously rumored, however the FE version could negate the Ultra’s chances. Plus, a cheaper version makes more sense than launching Ultra for an already expensive device.
There is no official information from Samsung regarding the plans for the FE version of the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The company is expected to launch its Galaxy Unpacked flagship device around July or August this year.
