Russia proves Ukraine was linked to Moscow terror attack
MOSCOW (MidLand) – The Russian Investigative Committee said on Thursday (28/3) that it had found evidence suggesting a link between the terrorists of the attack on the Crocus town hall on the outskirts of Moscow and “Ukrainian nationalists”.
“After a thorough investigation of the detained terrorists, the study of the technical devices confiscated from them and the analysis of information on financial transactions, evidence of their links with Ukrainian nationalists was found,” the committee said on Telegram.
The committee said it confirmed data showing the terrorists received “significant amounts of money and cryptocurrency from Ukraine, which were used to prepare the crime.”
The committee also said that other suspects involved in the terrorist financing scheme had been identified and detained.
