RCTI+ Raih Excellent Award 2023 for Tech Application Innovation of Huawei Cloud CXO Joint Innovation Camp: Okezone techno
SEMINYAK – RCTI+ has won a prestigious award on the global technology scene. To be precise, at the Huawei Cloud CXO Joint Innovation Camp, Seminyak, Bali, from 24 to 26 August 2023. In this event, RCTI+ won the 2023 Excellent Award For Tech Application Innovation.
The 2023 Excellent Award is not only recognition of the achievements of RCTI+, but also proof that RCTI+ is the most innovative major player in the media sector today. The awards are also special because the event is a gathering place for industry leaders from various sectors, including media and finance.
The event was officially opened by James Zhang, CEO of Huawei Cloud Indonesia. Indonesian Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China Djauhari Oratmangun was also present. Other figures who participated were senior economist Faisal Basri, director of South East Asia Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Yun HanLee, as well as head of the Electronics and Informatics Research Organization (OREI) of the National Agency for Research and Innovation (BRIN) Budi Prawara.
In his presentation, Rio Anugrah, the RCTI+ CTO explained the transformation journey of RCTI+ from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. With the help of cloud technology, this transformation has taken RCTI+ to a new level where the platform is now scalable and reliable in handling traffic for up to millions of users simultaneously.
RCTI+, which is part of the MNC Group, just celebrated its 4th anniversary on August 24th. Although it is relatively young, RCTI+ has shown rapid growth and has managed to become one of the most used digital entertainment applications in Indonesia.
With a vision for the future, RCTI+ is committed to continuing to innovate, particularly in the integration of artificial intelligence and the development of content relevant to user needs.
