MidLand, Jakarta – Muhammad Rasya Rizmanullah is a Class VIII student at SMP IT Gema Nurani, Bekasi, who likes coding and computer programs. This teenager, who is familiarly called Rasya, said that he was starting to become determined to study coding because they feel cool, they also see great opportunities in this field.
Coding is the process of writing instructions for a computer to perform certain tasks. Rasya, has now entered the learning phase coding basics using the Scratch application and Game creator. Rasya gained this knowledge from the material presented by the teachers of SMP IT Gema Nurani, Bekasi.
On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Rasya demonstrated her ability to create a Roblox game template to a Google for Education team who came to her school. Google has chosen Gema Nurani IT Middle School, Bekasi, as one of its pilot schools. The use of devices such as Chromebooks has begun in this school.
“I started to study coding It came from school, initially from class VII teaching material on using the Scratch application. “It’s a kind of application for learning how to create games based on simple programs,” Rasya explained.
When some of her friends started to feel confused and bored of studying it, Rasya was able to really appreciate the material coding. She admitted that learning computer programs was fun. Furthermore, he really likes games like Roblox and Mobile Legends. As a result, Rasya’s determination to create her own game grew even more.

Rasya has now created several simple games based on the learning material she received at school. Moreover modeling Roblox, also made its own kind of Super Mario game. “I use the Scratch app and Game creator to make it,” Rasya said.
The support of the family and the environment makes Rasya admit that she is increasingly happier and enjoys learning coding. Now Rasya is looking forward to Class IX as she will study the Python programming language.
