Privy introduces the “unlimited” signature subscription package.
Jakarta (MidLand) – Technology platform Privy introduces an “unlimited” digital signature subscription package as a solution to make it easier for users to manage, sign documents and communicate.
Privy is now focusing more on its application to be used by individuals with the presence of an unlimited digital signature subscription package via the Personal Plan.
This update is also supported by appearance (UI/UX) improvements to provide smoother navigation and easier use.
“Privy presents a personal plan and a business plan to improve the user experience,” Privy CEO Marshall Pribadi said in a press release Friday.

Marshal said this subscription feature was specifically designed to provide flexibility and convenience to users, both individuals and businesses, in unlimited access to Privy features, which is claimed to make managing and signing electronic documents easier safely and reliably.
The Personal Plan feature is a new way to subscribe to a subscription package. Previously, Privy used an in-app balance system called Privy Balance.
The balance is used for electronic signatures on documents and is limited to one balance per signature. With the Personal Plan the balance is replaced by a subscription system that allows users to sign digital documents in an unlimited and legal way.
Some of the benefits of the Privy Personal Plan include the ability for users to provide electronic signatures on documents without the need for repeated top-ups.

Users of this subscription package will also have larger document storage space, unlimited access to various partner merchants in the Privy application, as well as a legally enforceable e-stamp feature.
Meanwhile, through the Enterprise Plan functionality aimed at businessmen, users will be able to continue to use e-Meterai products with the digital signature at the same time through a new purchasing system, i.e. the annual subscription.
Just like with the Personal Plan feature, with this new payment system, Privy eliminates the digital signature system via balance (Privy Balance) and opens limits on the number of digital signatures on each electronic document.
These new features will ensure that business workflows in document management and signing are faster, more efficient and more secure.
“Privy has also released another highly anticipated new feature, namely PrivyChat. “This feature can be used as a verified messaging platform and can also improve the user experience for reviewing, approving and signing documents via the chat functionality integrated into the Privy application,” said the CTO of Privy Guritno Adi Saputra.

The addition of PrivyChat functionality is intended to help individual users communicate in real time with teams and customers; users can control, sign documents, share information and coordinate administrative tasks without switching applications.
With a verified identity, PrivyChat is claimed to ensure interactions with legitimate and trustworthy parties. Information shared is accessible only to authorized parties.
This update to Privy’s e-signature system also includes the registration flow, data update, and document signing flow.
Currently, there are two categories of electronic certificates, namely basic digital certificates and trusted digital certificates issued by WebTrust and the Ministry of Communications and Information.
This certificate category is tailored to the signer’s region using the Privy application and both have their respective advantages. This certificate guarantees security and trust in every digital signature made with Privy.
Privy is committed to continuously improving the user experience and providing the best solutions to manage, sign documents and communicate securely and efficiently. The Privy Personal Plan service can be activated free of charge by users and is valid until 1 July 2024.
