Nvidia presents the G-Assist assistant equipped with artificial intelligence
Jakarta (MidLand) – Nvidia announced the G-Assist assistant feature in the form of a chatbot equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) technology that players can use during gameplay to provide suggestions or answer questions regarding the gameplay.
Reported by The Verge on Wednesday, G-Assist is currently still in the demonstration phase. This feature will be present in products with graphics processing units (graphics processing unit/GPU) Nvidia GeForce RTX.
Nvidia showed how the AI-powered assistant feature guides players through completing the game and provides recommendations for PC settings to run optimally.
In its demonstration in the game “ARK: Survival Ascended,” Nvidia shows off G-Assist that can answer questions delivered via voice, such as “What is the starting weapon in the next game and where can I find the materials to make it?” “

G-Assist can even understand what is happening on the screen while the game is in progress, so that the assistant function can analyze the player’s character profile and help him complete the game.
Apart from that, G-Assist is also capable of optimizing PC settings including graphics display latency PC and chassis per second in the last 60 seconds.
The assistant function can also scan the system and provide recommendations for settings that fit the player’s PC specifications.
For example, a gamer plays with a refresh rate of 60 Hz while G-Assist detects that the monitor screen can support a refresh rate of 240 Hz. Therefore, G-Assist will recommend gamers to apply a refresh rate of 240 Hz.
G-Assist can also provide recommendations to improve game performance or even build GPUs overclock.
Previously, G-Assist was first introduced by Nvidia as an April Fool’s Day joke in 2017. In the joke, Nvidia claimed that the AI assistant feature could automatically play games for users.
Even though the G-Assist product is not that sophisticated, the features provided by the assistant are very useful for gamers in completing games and optimizing the performance of the device. gamehis.
