CEO Meta, Mark Zuckerberg does not seem to have given up on popularizing Threads. The social media competitor Twitter is reportedly set to add two new features.
Threads had gained 100 million new users, most of whom were disappointed with Elon Musk’s new Twitter or X policy in the first week of its release.
However, the thread trend is only one month old. Social media users quickly abandoned it.
There are many reasons why Threads users return to X (Twitter), ranging from overly complicated policies, to views that aren’t user friendly.
Aware of these shortcomings, Mark Zuckerberg announced that his application would soon add two new features, namely the search function and a web version view in the near future.
“Many challenges ahead, we are excited and speeding the team to make updates. (Features) Search and Web will be there in the coming weeks,” Zuckerberg said quoted by EngadgetSunday (6/8/2023).
