Nintendo to deactivate Dragon Quest X online services on Wii U and 3DS consoles: Okezone techno

Shocking news coming from Nintendo. They have decided to turn off the online service for Dragon Quest X game on Wii U and 3DS devices. The 11-year adventure has come to an end.

Dragon Quest X was first released for Nintendo Wii devices in 2012. The same game is then available on later devices, such as Wii U, 3DS, Switch, and even mobile devices.

However, Dragon Quest X is only available in Japan. Players outside the land of the rising sun cannot play it.

The shutdown of Dragon Quest X’s online service comes after Nintendo also blocked access to the eShop for Wii U and 3DS devices.

In fact, the shutdown of the Dragon Quest X online service doesn’t really affect players outside of Japan considering that this game is not localized in the global release.
