Ministry of Religion produces 959 professors in the last two years

Dhani also explained why the number of general science professors appointed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) is higher. Two rules that become a model
The goal of almost a thousand teachers was reached after the ratification of two regulations governing the evaluation of teachers’ functional roles. The first regulation is the Regulation of the Minister of Religion or PMA Number 7 of 2021 regarding the evaluation of functional positions for teachers at the level of Chief Lector and Professor in the Religious Studies cluster. Through article 12 of this regulation, the Minister determines the credits for the academic positions of teachers, both at the level of associate professor and professor. The credit score is determined based on the results of an evaluation by a special evaluation group.
Meanwhile, the second rule is the Decree of the Minister of Religion number 856 of 2021 regarding the operational guidelines for the evaluation and determination of credit scores for the functional positions of teachers at the primary and professor levels in the religious sciences cluster .
