“There are already seven promoters who have submitted initiatives to enter the PPP system. Seven consortia have come forward as promoters for ASN housing, yes. Then there is one for education. He said that the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) is encouraging the PPP scheme in providing infrastructure to the IKN, such as providing project preparation facilities or project development facilities (PDF) and guarantee facilities necessary for the transactions to work well.
“At least the best practices (KPBU) that exist in West Semarang can at least be replicated there,” he said.
Meanwhile, the head of the IKN PPP (PJPK) cooperation project will be the head of the IKN authority.
