Jabra launches 2 brand new earphones in Indonesia, prices starting from IDR 3 million: Okezone techno

JAKARTA – Jabra has officially launched two new premium product models to expand its Elite series wireless earbuds lineup in Indonesia.

On paper, both the Elite 8 Active and Elite 10 have superior specs in their category.

The Elite 8 Active, for example, is very solidly built and has also passed all the tests required by the US military testing standards for rugged electronics (810H).

“This test covered everything from humidity and high temperatures to rain and drops from heights. The Elite 8 Active were completely waterproof when submerged to 1.5 meters and had an IP68 rating. This means that these earbuds they are completely dust and water resistant, while charging The case has an IP54 rating,” Wei said.

In terms of sound and functionality, Elite 8 Active supports Dolby Audio, which provides clear and lifelike sound, and also features Adaptive Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology which can automatically optimize ANC performance based on the environment.

“Elite 10 is also able to cancel out the noise around you with support for Jabra Advanced ANC, this ANC feature will automatically adapt to the environmental conditions around you. This is achieved through infrasonic waves that measure the ear canal and an algorithm that detects sound leaks and wind conditions,” he said again.

The Elite 10 features 6-microphone calling technology with crystal-clear sound quality, 6 hours of battery life (27 hours with case), includes an optimized pocket stand for wireless charging, Multipoint Bluetooth connection, hands-free voice assistance free, and easy pairing.

As for the price, the Jabra Elite 8 Active is priced at around IDR 2.6 million and the Elite 10 is priced at IDR 3.1 million.

“I am sure that these two devices will color the TWS market in Indonesia. Even if the segmentation is limited,” Wei stressed.
