ITS Anargya Team in Japan, targeting Champion of Formula Society Automotive Engineer 2023
TIME.CO, Jakarta – Anargya Team of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (HIS) Surabaya aims to win the Formula Society Automotive Engineer (FSAE) Japan 2023 event after launching its brand new formula car titled “Grand Launching EV Mark 3.0” at the local campus on Friday, August 18, 2023.

Adi left only one message for the team that will be competing in Sakura Country, which is to remain calm in the face of unforeseen emergencies.
“If this capability is implemented correctly, I believe Anargya will be able to bring maximum results to ITS and Indonesia,” he said.
ITS Student Affairs Director Dr. Imam Abadi, ST, MT, appreciated the performance of the ITS racing team, founded in 2018.
Imam hopes that Anargya Team can achieve the best results in the competition which was attended by 80 teams from various countries including China, Japan and Taiwan. “In terms of competence, we are confident that we can reach the highest podium, we hope that everything works optimally and to the maximum,” he said.
FSAE Japan is an annual event held from August 28 to September 2 at Ecopa Park, Shizuoka, Japan.
In this international event, the team led by Alief Wikarta, ST, M.ScEng., Ph.D., took part in all competitions consisting of static events and dynamic events.
The static event consists of a business plan, project presentation, costs and production, structural sheet equivalent to the electrical system sheet. Meanwhile, dynamic events compete for efficiency, endurance, skidpads and autocross.
Rafif Herdian Noor, general manager of the ITS Anargya team, revealed that the third generation of the Anargya team’s zero-emission cars had been prepared a year ago.

Development of EV Mark 3.0
Rafif explained that the EV Mark 3.0 is a development of the EV Mark 2.0 launched in 2021 and EV Mark 1.0 in 2019. “One of the most recent components added is the diffuser as an aerodynamic device to make the car more stable,” he said.
In addition to this, the innovation has also been carried out on the battery of the electric vehicle, i.e. the use of air conditioning that circulates through the sides. Not only that, but battery capacity has also been increased from the previous 6 kilowatt hours to 7.46 kilowatt hours.
In addition, the ITS industrial mechanical engineering student class of 2020 also added that the domestic component level assembly (TKDN) used has also increased, especially in major component assembly.
Rafif hopes so competition This car, which will be driven by Dhaifan Wira Laksono from the Department of Electrical Engineering, can take home the FSAE Japan 2023 championship title.
