Is there Keanu Reeves in the Cyberpunk 2077 game, what is his character?
TIME.CO, Jakarta – Reported on Theverge.com, Cyberpunk 2077, the long-awaited game from the Witcher studio CD Projekt Red, tells the story of a place called Night City. But in his version, the past is never far away.
Cyberpunk 2077 was announced in 2012 and is based on the series launched in 1988. After years of work and reportedly months of brutal crisis, CD Projekt Red has realized a very ambitious vision: a sprawling virtual city with a compelling narrative, complex and RPG system.
This is done by interpreting all these elements very confidently and directly. Cyberpunk 2077 often is game which is satisfying and sometimes impressive, but despite being set in a fast-paced future, the game hardly ever surprises.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set in the year of the same name 2077 and in the aforementioned Night City, a Californian megalopolis where highways intertwine between skyscrapers and markets. (Think Los Angeles with its mile-high billboards and pedestrian-friendly urban planning.) Once America was effectively divided, this failed urban utopia became an autonomous zone dominated by gangs and multinationals.
Every street surface is littered with sexy ads and nihilistic graffiti, while the ultra-rich have taken refuge in hotels and mega-apartments with a class of literally gold-plated maids. Most citizens are one-shots and all bodies are malleable, ready for dramatic cybernetic modding that mixes flesh and chrome.
Your protagonist is a mercenary named V, who comes from one of three possible backgrounds: a small luxury company in 2077, the crowded slums of Night City, or a nomadic group outside the city. My V is a neon-haired corporate raider, for example, and he’s given a mission in a tale about being embroiled in a bloody inter-departmental conflict.
After this introduction, V becomes one of the countless freelancers roaming the demi-world of Night City. Then they join a heist orchestrated by a ruthless femme fatale and, of course, the job goes awry.
Looking at Cyberpunk 2077’s map is an overwhelming experience, with waypoint icons so close together that selecting certain items requires zooming. But the game does a good job of developing the extended side arcs of some of the main missions.

After the first disastrous act, you will be provided with many clues that can achieve the main goal. To track it, you need to deal with new characters and contact other participants in the robbery. These partners ask for help dealing with their own issues, which could either further a subplot of the main story or open the door to a new Night City subculture.
