iPhone 15 Pro will have two new colors replacing gold: Okezone techno

JAKARTA – Ahead of the release of the iPhone 15 next month, numerous rumors have started to appear to the public. One of these is the new color choices for the iPhone 15 Pro.

Reporting from 9to5MacOn Saturday (8/26/2023), Apple no longer offers the gold color option on the iPhone 15 Pro. Instead, the new device will introduce two new colors, namely gray and dark blue.

The new color follows the new chassis of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max which reportedly uses titanium material to replace stainless steel.

For your information, the gold color is always available on the iPhone Pro variant. The gold color itself is reportedly quite popular in Asian markets, including China. However, this year this color will be completely removed.

9to5Mac also believes Apple will bring a dark blue color to the 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. These colors will replace the dark purple and dark red colors previously featured on the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max.

In addition to traditional colors like black and white, Apple always introduces a special color for each generation of iPhone Pro. Previously, special color choices offered included Midnight Green, Pacific Blue, Sierra Blue, and Deep Purple.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to come in five colors: black, green, blue, yellow, and pink. For comparison, last year’s iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus were available in black, silver, purple, blue, and red. (Salsabila Nur Azizah)
