IPB University launches Famlink, the first application for family resilience diagnostics

According to Euis, the purpose of creating this application is an effort to accelerate education and family services in the digital age and Indonesia 4.0 to become a resource to prepare society towards “Society 5.0”. “Online counseling services are provided as support and assistance to those in need, in anticipation of expanding vulnerabilities and threats to families due to the various changes surrounding them,” she said.

Famlink can also play a role in efforts to optimally use digital systems, IoT and big data to provide predictions and strategic policy recommendations for family development.

In 2023 Famlink will provide 12 self-diagnosis tools for family resilience and its completeness. Numerous tools include SIREN-GA (family vulnerability detection), AKSI-GA (family interaction); READY-GA (Family Readiness); TAHAN-GA (Family Resilience), FUNCTION-GA (Family Functioning); RESILIENCE-GA (Family Resilience); LING-GA (Family Friendly Environment), SEJAHTERA-GA (Family Welfare); TEKEN-GA (Family economic pressure), Child values ​​and nutritional strategy to address them.

In the next phase, Famlink will be equipped with several tools, namely STRES-GA (Family Stress Management); UANG-GA (Family Financial Management); ASUH-GA (Family Child Care); Resilience of adolescents and young people; and care for the elderly.
