James L. Dickey III is the new force of Pelita Jaya Jakarta to continue the 2024 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL).
On the IBL page monitored by MidLand in Jakarta on Saturday, the addition of foreign players indicated that another foreign player would be dropped from the team. list, by the candidate club for the 2024 IBL season.
Looking at Dickey’s stance, he is 2.08 meters tall and operates at attack zone that, make one great man Pelita Jaya’s current foreigners, namely Justin Brownlee and Thomas Earl Robinson, will probably be dropped by the club, because the quota of five foreign players at their disposal is already too many.
Dickey began his professional career in 2020-2021, at the time playing for Szedeak in the Hungarian NB1/A division.

In 2021, he played eight games for BG Goettingen in the Bundesliga or German basketball league. However, great man he had to separate from the German club on November 20 of the same year.
On November 28, 2021, Dickey signed with Hapoel Haifa of the Israeli Basketball Premier League.

In his final season, Dickey played in 25 games during the regular season, averaging 11.7 ppg and 10.2 rebounds. In fact, he continued to play in the innings playoff averaging 12.3 ppg and 9.0 rebounds.
