Jakarta (MidLand) – Huawei Device Indonesia in March 2024 is also preparing to launch its latest D series laptop i.e. Matebook D14 2024 with the advantage of slim design with smart performance.
“The Huawei Matebook D14 this time is a laptop rich in materials the whole body in metal but it is still lightweight and offers fast, world-class performance, for anyone and anything,” Huawei Indonesia training director Edy Supartono said in Jakarta on Friday.
Edy explained that starting from the performance side, this laptop can have intelligent performance thanks to the Intel Core H-series 13th generation which is usually found in laptops game.

In more detail, the processor integrated into the Huawei Matebook D14 2024 is an Intel i5-13420H processor combined with a memory configuration of 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory.
To further support the fast performance, this laptop also comes with the mode Performance which can be triggered when the user types the formula “Fn+P” from the keyboard.
Smart working can also be felt by the users of this laptop thanks to the presence of the WPS Office 2.0 application which is accompanied by an AI assistant.
When the AI assistant function is running, users can easily get references and inspiration from a topic to make it easier for employees to carry out their tasks in writing reports or for students in assigning homework.
The intelligence of this device does not stop there because this laptop is equipped with technology that allows the laptop to be stably connected to acquire WiFi signals over quite long distances.
With Metaline Antenna technology, devices are expected to still be able to connect to WiFi that is approximately 270 meters away from the connectivity source or the equivalent of 2.5 times a football field.
This condition can be optimal if within this distance there are no obstacles between the connectivity source and the device.
Using the same technology, the device is claimed to have 43% download speed compared to the previous generation, so latency during video conferencing is reduced by up to 38% and latency is also reduced by up to 40% during video conferencing. Matebook D14 2024 is used to play online games.
To support a smart work system, this laptop also gets enhancements for power activation via sensors power button with fingerprint.
“We present Fingerprint power button, so you only need a fingerprint to turn on this laptop. This is also more practical because it passes Fingerprint you don’t need to enter it repeatedly password when you want to use a laptop,” Edy said.
Speaking of power, this laptop is said to have a 56Wh battery that is said to be able to last for 13 hours of use on a single charge.
Designing with materials full Metal is also one of the advantages offered by the Matebook D14 2024. This material makes the appearance of this laptop seem premium.
Even though it is made of metal, Huawei still designed this laptop to be thin so as not to weigh too much, around 1.3 kilograms and a thickness of 15.9 millimeters.
“With body entirely in metal “It also makes this laptop more durable, and compared to other plastic-made laptops in its class, it is clearly more premium with high durability,” he added.
This device also comes with TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light in order to guarantee eye protection from the light radiation of the screen.
Huawei Matebook D14 2024 is offered in only one color option, viz Mystical silver and can be obtained online at the HUAWEI Official Store on different e-trade leading companies, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, Eraspace.com and Datascrip Mall with an initial sales period from March 21 to April 15, 2024.
Customers can also order online disconnected visiting Huawei Authorized experience shopnear the Erafone, Blibli Store and Urban Republic stores.
