Jakarta (MidLand) – Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) has an internet banking service that allows customers to easily conduct banking activities anywhere, anytime through digital technology.
Through the Internet banking BTN, you can perform various financial transactions such as checking balances, transferring money, paying bills and managing other transactions without having to go to a bank branch.
So how to use Internet services banking on BTN bank?
To use this service BTN customers must first register. There are two ways to register on the Internet banking You can select BTN via the nearest BTN ATM or by visiting customer service (CS) at the nearest BTN branch.

How to register on the Internet banking via BTN branches
1. Visit the BTN branch
2. Meeting customer serviceSuppose you want to sign up for Internet service banking
3. Prepare documents such as: BTN ATM card, account book, KTP (residence identity card)
4. Fill out the form provided by CS, including your account number, phone number and email address.
5. The officer will verify your identity
6. Once the verification and registration is completed, you will receive an email in the form of a registration code to activate it on the BTN website banking on site https://internetbanking.btn.co.id/
How to register on the Internet banking via BTN ATM
1. Visit an ATM
2. Enter your debit card PIN, select “Other transactions” => “E-Channel Registration” => “Internet Banking”
3. A receipt or receipt will then appear containing a registration code to activate it on the BTN website banking on site https://internetbanking.btn.co.id/
How to activate Internet banking B button
1. Visit website Wireless Internet banking at the address https://internetbanking.btn.co.id/
2. Then click on “Register Now”
3. On the home page Terms and conditionsis the content of the terms and conditions. Read it first and then click on the column “I have read and accept all applicable terms and conditions”.
4. You will enter the verification phase which includes:
• Fill in the registration code based on the email received (if registration via CS) or from the ATM receipt (if registration via ATM)
• Enter the last 4 digits of your debit card number
• Enter the last 4 digits of your account number
• And enter your date of birth
• Click on “continue”
5. Next you will be in the page stage create to produce user Your ID, including:
• Log into User ID (minimum 6 digits, composed of all letters or a combination of letters and numbers)
• Enter an 8-12 digit password, a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
• Enter a security expression (expression of confidence). Terms with easy-to-remember words
• Enter answers to several security questions (Security Question). Write down the answers to your security questions.
• Insert your own image no larger than 100 Kb
• Click on “continue”
6. Insert the level Select Accountselect the desired account number (you can choose 1 account or all accounts) => click “Ok”
7. The registration process is complete, click “Ok” and then click log in back with User ID and Password created to access internet services banking B button
