How to Check Earthquakes via BMKG Official Website
- Open the official BMKG page https://www.bmkg.go.id/
- Select the “Earthquake and Tsunami” menu.
- After entering the Earthquake and Tsunami page, select the “Latest earthquake (M>5.0)” menu.
- Please wait a few moments, the latest earthquake data will appear, complete with information on magnitude, area and time.
How to check earthquakes using BMKG Info application
- Download (download) the official BMKG Info application via Google Play Store or App Store
- Open the BMKG Info application, select the “Earthquake” menu.
- The earthquake information options screen appears, select the “Latest earthquakes (M>5.0)” menu.
- The latest earthquake data will be displayed, complete with information on magnitude, area, and time.
In addition to the official website and app, BMKG also provides the latest information on earthquakes and other natural disasters through the official social media account @infoBMKG which can be found on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
