Is it possible to reactivate an expired Telkomsel card? The answer is yes!
A lost Telkomsel number can be reactivated in three ways, namely by calling the prefix, Telkomsel E-Care or by visiting the GraPARI movement.
The three methods above can help you reactivate your Telkomsel card so that it can be used.
Lost cards are usually caused by credit balances or Internet quotas that have never been reloaded within a certain deadline. To prevent this from happening, regularly reload your card before the end of the active period.
1. Compose the code
A confiscated Telkomsel card can be reactivated by dialing the prefix and as follows:
• Prepare your KTP and KK which are needed to register the mobile number of the physical SIM you want to reactivate.
• Dial *888*89# via the missing number.
• Select Reactivate card.
• Select I accept if you accept the terms.
• Enter your KTP and KK number.
• You will receive an SMS notification whether the number can be reactivated or not.
2. Telkomsel E-Care
Another way to reactivate an expired Telkomsel card is via Telkomsel E-Care, i.e. by sending a direct message (DM) to Telkomsel’s official Twitter or Instagram account.
• Prepare the KTP and KK you registered with the number, together with the physical SIM you want to reactivate.
• Contact Telkomsel customer service representative via DM typing prepaid reactivation.
• You will receive a link to upload the photo of your KTP, KK number and the photo of the physical SIM that will be reactivated.
• Next, you will enter the video call queue to validate your data.
3. GraPARI
Finally, go to the nearest GraPARI point of sale to reactivate your Telkomsel number. Prepare the following data to bring to GraPARI:
• ETC
• Family card
• Lost SIM card
There are no fees for reactivating your Telkomsel card number.
