MidLand – The China National Meteorological Center (NMC) issued a red alert on Wednesday evening (9/4) for Typhoon Yagi, which is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rains to the southern region of the country. In Guangxi, Typhoon Yagi is expected to bring strong winds on Friday and Saturday, causing the suspension of ferry services, including the route from Beihai city to Weizhou Island.
