Erick Thohir studied in Dubai to build the IKN Financial Center
Jakarta (MidLand) – Minister of State-owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir paid a working visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
On that occasion, via his official Instagram post on Saturday, the man who is also the general president of the Indonesian Football Federation (PSSI) met with the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) represented by DIFC governor Essa Abdulfattah Kazim.
“During a working visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates this time, I met with Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) represented by DIFC Governor Essa Abdulfattah Kazim and the team,” Erick said.
Erick said he was grateful to be able to chat with DIFC, whose goal was to create an ecosystem for economic growth, development and development in the UAE.
From there, he said he gained knowledge from the DIFC on how Indonesia would build a financial center for the Indonesian Capital (IKN).
“DIFC is a financial hub created to form an ecosystem for economic growth, development and development in the UAE. From their experience, Indonesia can learn how to build a financial center for the archipelago’s capital,” he concluded .
