Jakarta (MidLand) – Arsenal failed to match Liverpool’s points after drawing 0-0 against Manchester City on matchday 30 of the English Premier League on Sunday (31/3)
Arsenal have the opportunity to dislodge Liverpool from the top of the table if they beat City. Meanwhile, City can close the gap to 1 point with Liverpool if they beat the Gunners.
Manchester City dominated possession, but failed to penetrate Arsenal’s defence.
Arsenal’s solid defense rendered the Citizens’ attacking line ineffective.
City have a good chance in the 47th minute, but Mateo Kovacic’s curling shot still doesn’t lead to a goal.
The match ended in a 0-0 draw. An extra point for Arsenal and Manchester City means they are now two and three points behind Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table.
