During the Eid holidays, people will be pampered with various attractive programs and promotions at merchants partnering with BIS. Meanwhile, for those back home too, things have been simplified with the BRIZZI Top-Up feature and cardless deposits and withdrawals via BRImo.
Additionally, banking transactions at BRI will be served through 32 limited operational services, 67 weekend banking services, and electronic channel networks such as 21,259 ATMs and CRMs, as well as BRILink agents spread across Indonesia.
“The public can also take advantage of the smart services of BRILink agents, whose number reaches 796 thousand agents spread across the entire territory”, added Andrijanto.
Meanwhile, for entrepreneurs, it is still possible to access the Qlola Cash Management service during the Idul Fitri holiday period. With Qlola by BRI, entrepreneurs can still easily carry out various banking tasks and transactions.

There is no need to worry about looking for an open BRI branch. Customers can take advantage of BIS’s digital banking service, BRImo, which currently has more than 100 features and services.
Banking transactions via BRImo can be done anywhere 24 hours a day for all BRI customers. Customers also have more freedom to perform various banking tasks, such as checking balances, bank transfers, paying bills and more through BRImo.
2. Banking transactions via AgenBRILink
When returning home to rural areas far from banks, AgenBRILink will be a “savior” that will make it easier for people to carry out various banking transactions and pay other bills. Furthermore, BRI currently has approximately 719,028 BRILink agents spread across various parts of the country.

Having problems during transactions? Simply call Contact BRI 1500017 or ask Sabrina via WhatsApp chat 0812 1214 017. This customer complaint service can be carried out every day, 24 hours a day.
Sabrina is a BRI virtual assistant in the form of a chatbot designed to answer various customer questions. In addition to providing simple banking information, Sabrina can accompany customers when they need information on the location of BRI operational offices, ATMs, as well as the location of the nearest merchants and customer complaint services.
Therefore, for customers who still require transactions at business units during the Eid holiday period, BIS continues to provide limited services for three days i.e. 8, 12 and 15 April 2024 in 157 business units (UKO) throughout Indonesia.
Andrijanto said this limited service responds to the community’s ever-increasing need for transactions, especially during the Eid holidays.
“BIS banking services, both digital and conventional, aim to meet people’s transaction needs. “We always meet customers’ needs during Eid holidays,” she said.
