Jakarta (MidLand) – Services of the Capital Investment Management Unit (UPPM) and One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) of East Jakarta Administrative City have returned to normal after the 2024 Eid holidays.
“UPPM-PTSP East Jakarta started operating after the Eid holidays. Service activities can be carried out ‘offline’ and ‘online’ (online),” the UPPM-PTSP head said on Tuesday of East Jakarta Sri Mulyati in Jakarta.
If you look at the “offline” service, there are still few people providing services, but the availability of the service is 100%. “Similar to ‘online,’ we’re 100%,” Sri said.
According to him, “online” services can be accessed easily, anytime, anywhere to make things easier for residents. If there are residents experiencing difficulties, officers can immediately help through the messaging application services.
“Those who cannot ‘charge,’ we can help. The people who are at home, we visit them. We try to provide optimal service to the community,” he said.

UPPM-PTSP East Jakarta (Jaktim) is active as usual with operating hours starting from 07.30 to 16.00 WIB. Meanwhile, “online” is open 24 hours a day.
Edria Anisa Putri, customer manager of the East Jakarta PTSP, added that the PTSP’s activities were carried out normally, especially online.
“Not bad, a lot of people filed reports for ‘online’. As for ‘offline,’ there was only one here (Tuesday morning),” he said.
Compared to the first day after Eid last year, Edria explained, online services are more active this year. “Maybe because everyone now has a better understanding of ‘online’ service delivery,” she said.
