Jakarta (MidLand) – Purchasing electric tokens can not only be done through convenience stores or PLN Mobile application, but customers can also use automated teller machines (ATMs) to purchase electric tokens.
Buying e-tokens via ATM is as easy as paying via the PLN Mobile application. In addition to being flexible and convenient, buying e-tokens via ATM is also a solution for those of you who do not have an application or are running out of internet packages to access the PLN application.
For the record, before purchasing electricity tokens via ATM, make sure you have or register the identification number of the electricity meter. Here’s how to purchase tokens or top up electricity credit at various ATMs:
1. Mandiri Bank
- Press the “Payment/Purchase” menu.
- Click on “Multiple Payment”.
- Enter the number “30300”.
- Enter the nominal purchase amount of electricity tokens.
- Type the number “1”.
- A receipt will also be printed.
2. BCA Bank
- Press the “More transactions” menu.
- Click on “Reload voucher”
- Click on “More”
- Select “PLN prepaid”
- Enter 11 meter numbers based on customer identity for electricity tokens.
- Select the nominal electric token in the form of a voucher.
- Make sure the information is correct, if it is not correct click on “Incorrect”.
- A receipt will also be printed.
3. BNI Bank
- Press the “Payment” menu.
- Click on “PLN prepaid”.
- Click “Buy Tokens”.
- For the electricity token, enter 11 digits preceded by the additional number “0” according to the customer’s identity.
- Enter the nominal purchase amount as needed.
- A receipt will be printed.
4. Bukopin Bank
- Press the “Top up credit and electricity” menu.
- Click on “Electricity/PLN”.
- Enter 11 meter numbers based on customer identity for electricity tokens.
- Enter the nominal purchase value of the token as needed.
- A receipt will be printed.
5. BRI Bank
- Press “More transactions”.
- Press “Payment”.
- Click on “PLN”.
- Select “Prepaid”
- Enter the 11-digit counter number.
- Make sure the information is correct, if it is wrong, click on “wrong”.
- Enter the nominal value of the electricity token as needed.
- A receipt will be printed
