BUMN opens the online internship program for newly graduated students, here are the conditions

TIME.CO, Jakarta – State-owned enterprises (I BURN) reopens the Talented Generation Internship program (Magenta) lot 2 for the period from 1 November 2023 to 30 April 2024. The internship will be carried out online, to allow participants who are students to adapt to lesson times.

Magenta BUMN is an integrated internship program intended for students, students and recent graduates of Islamic colleges. According to the official website magentaku.id, the purpose of this program is to constitute an initial forum for applying the knowledge acquired in the university process through direct practice in the world of work. Participants are expected to gain further knowledge and skills regarding the details of professional work standards in BUMN.

The Magenta BUMN program is divided into four types, including general internship, Santri internship, Indonesia global talent internship and @BUMN independent campus.

General internship

The general internship is an internship program supplemented by internships previously managed independently by each BUMN. General internships will have a variable duration, from 1 to 12 months maximum.

The general criteria that potential candidates for the general internship must meet are as follows:
1. Active student or recent graduate D3/D4/S1/S2
2. Minimum age 17 years
3. Commit to carrying out an internship according to the duration established by BUMN

Necessary documents:
1. Resident Identity Card (KTP)
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Degree Diploma/Certificate (for recent graduates)
4. Transcription of the vote
5. Higher education cover letter/letter of recommendation (for active student applicants, if any)

Student internship

The Santri Internship is intended for active students/students of at least semester 5 for diplomas and semester 7 for undergraduates who come from Islamic universities or Islamic colleges of the same level. The required document is KTP.

Global Talent Internships in Indonesia

Through this program, BUMN offers opportunities for active international master’s/doctoral students and foreign master’s graduates who are not yet working to enter the BUMN work environment and directly contribute to projects or research.

The general criteria for potential candidates are:
1. Master’s and PhD students or Master’s graduates abroad who are active and not yet employed
2. Physically and spiritually healthy
3. Committed to carrying out the internship program activities for 3 months

Independent campus @BUMN

is a collaborative internship program between the Ministry of BUMN and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, as well as a deviation from the Certified Student Internship Program which previously took place under the coordination of the Indonesian Capital Forum human.

The Merdeka Campus @BUMN exists as a forum to increase students’ potential and capabilities through direct work experience at BUMN, so that they are better prepared to face the challenges of the world of work after college.

The general criteria for potential candidates for the Independent Campus @BUMN Student program are as follows:

1. Students from all over Indonesia regardless of race, skin color, gender, language, religion and other economic and social situations
2. Students from all departments with any university accreditation in Indonesia from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek)
3. Students are active at the D2/D3/D4/S1 level or have not yet graduated and are willing not to graduate during the internship period with the following semester conditions at the time of starting the program:
D2 minimum holiday 3, D3 minimum holiday 4, D4 and S1 minimum holiday 5
4. Student data is registered in the higher education database (PDDikti) and has a match between the name on the PDDikti and the name on the KTP
5. Students with a National Student Identification Number (NISN) who are registered in the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) and have been verified in their Independent Campus account.

2. Transcription of the vote
3. Letter of recommendation from the University
4. Declaration of absolute responsibility
5. Photo/KTP scan
6. Organizational Experience Certificate (optional)

The registration period for the Magenta BUMN Batch 2 program lasts until October 2, 2023 via the official Magenta website https://magentaku.id/. The results of the selection will be announced on October 27, 2023.
