Banda Aceh (MidLand) – The regional office of Perum Bulog Aceh is implementing an independence alert which is an effort to secure food prices in commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.
“Independence alert activities to ensure food prices are being carried out in 79 points across the country and in Aceh there are three of them, namely in Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe and Meulaboh,” said the head of Perum Bulog, Aceh regional office, Saldi Aldryn in Banda Aceh. , Saturday.
He made this statement on the sidelines of the independence alert activity to ensure food prices that took place in front of the Perum Bulog Aceh regional office in Banda Aceh.
He explained that the activities carried out are aimed at ensuring that the prices of essential goods, especially during the celebration of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, are stable and there are no price increases.
The basic necessities sold are in two packages consisting of the Nusantara package at the price of IDR 79 thousand per package consisting of 5 kilograms of stabilized rice at food price (SPHP) and 1 liter of our cooking oil. Then the independence package costs IDR 45 thousand per package consisting of 2 liters of our cooking oil and 1 kilogram of wheat flour.
He said that the independence alert activities have been going on since August 17 and will end on August 29. This activity is being carried out at the national level.
“We hope that the entire community will take advantage of this opportunity to meet their basic needs,” he said.
He added that in this implementation, his party ensures that the public does not have to worry because the existing supply is sufficient to meet the market demand.
