BRI-Telkomsel provides a financial and digital ecosystem for employees
BIS commitment to providing comprehensive financial solutions to Telkomsel employees and businesses as a one-stop financial solution
Jakarta (MidLand) – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has partnered with PT Telekomunikasi Selular or Telkomsel to provide a financial and digital ecosystem for employees of both companies.
In a written statement in Jakarta on Monday, BIS consumer director Handayani said his party would provide facilities benefit for employees and ease of salary management accompanied by consumer credit facilities such as BRIguna, Home Ownership Credit (KPR), credit cards and other facilities with special programs for all Telkomsel employees.
On the other hand, Telkomsel will provide a variety of products and services such as Telkomsel Halo, Orbit, IndiHome connectivity and Enterprise+ services with various exclusive benefits and conveniences supported by improved network access for all BRI employees.
Handayani said BIS understands the needs of employees at every stage of life (life cycle). This collaboration is expected to be an effort by the two companies to strengthen the synergy of state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
The collaboration began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BRI and Telkomsel at the Transformation Center BRI Building 1, Jakarta on 14 May 2024.
“Signing a Memorandum of Understanding on Digital Ecosystem through Financial and Telecom Solutions is a form of BIS commitment to providing financial solutions to Telkomsel employees and businesses globally as a a unique financial solution“Handayani said.
The signing of the memorandum of understanding was carried out by BRI Card, Digital Lending and Assets Product Development division head Dewi Andjarsari and Telkomsel Ceppy vice-president Corporate Account Management Ceppy Hermana Djakaria, in the direct presence of BRI consumer director Handayani and sales director of Telkomsel Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit.
Meanwhile, Telkomsel sales director Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit added that this collaboration will improve the experience (experience) customers through the BRI and Telkomsel collaboration ecosystem. According to him, Telkomsel is trying to provide value more for customers, including employees of both companies.
“With the synergy and resources we have, we are confident that we can create a digital ecosystem that makes things easier for customers. We continue to strive to provide the best solutions and increase everyone’s satisfaction stakeholders and all the Indonesian people,” Adiwinahyu said.
Furthermore, the collaboration between BRI and Telkomsel is expected to further improve the well-being of both companies’ employees, customers and consumers in using banking and communication services, in accordance with the spirit of BUMN synergy.
