BMKG: Rain is expected for Ramadan and Eid in West Java

Weather forecast monthly rainfall The BMKG climate station in West Java noted that up to 64% of the area of West Java will experience high-category rainfall in the order of 300-400 millimeters per month in March. Medium category precipitation, or about 100-300 millimeters per month, is expected to fall in 28% of other areas. The remaining 8% of areas will experience very high rainfall, exceeding 500 millimeters per month.

Areas prone to high rainfall include Bogor, Sukabumi, Cianjur, Bandung Regency, Subang, Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Kuningan, Sumedang, Cirebon, as well as parts of Purwakarta, Majalengka and Garut. Other areas of Majalengka and Garut are also expected to experience very high rainfall, along with the Cianjur area.
Meanwhile, low to very high rainfall is expected to persist in the West Java region in April. Later in May, precipitation in this area will be medium to high.
