BI Communication Center received an award from Contact Center World

This award is a measure of BI’s commitment to providing the best services and solutions to the public.

Jakarta (MidLand) – Bank Indonesia’s communication center, BI Talk, has won an award from Contact Center World (CCW) at the 18th Global Top Ranking Performers Awards.

Executive Director of BI’s Communications Department Erwin Haryono said in Jakarta on Monday that out of a total of 10 categories, BI managed to get seven gold, one silver and two bronze.

The best gold medal was achieved for best incentive programs, best employee engagement, best direct response campaign, best help desk, best contact center design, best employee well-being and best service clients.

Furthermore, for BI’s consistency and innovation in this competition, BI received two special labels, namely world-class certified contact center and world-class certified public service center for the 2023 Public Service Center category.

This award is a measure of BI’s commitment to providing the best services and solutions to the public, an award recognized not only in Indonesia, but also on the world stage.

The award was received at the culmination of the event as a continuation of the Asia Pacific level selection, in Lisbon, Portugal, from November 13 to November 16, 2023. Contact Center World is an association of international communication centers founded in 1999.
