Central Lombok (MidLand) – The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province, said that the target of local revenue (PAD) from fees for the organization of the 2024 Indonesian MotoGP at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit has been achieved. 7 billion USD.
“The IDR 7 billion target comes from MotoGP ticket sales,” Central Lombok chief Bapenda Baiq Aluh Windayu said in Central Lombok on Wednesday.
He said that this target has actually decreased compared to the MotoGP tax of the previous year, because the amount of the entertainment tax under these rules is currently 10%.
“In the past it was 30%, now the latest rules apply 10% of the entertainment tax that organizers have to pay to the regions,” he said.

He said that although various activities were carried out at the Mandalika Circuit or KEK Mandalika, the PAD filed was only from MotoGP.
Therefore, he hopes that ITDC and MGPA as organizers are open to events being held at the Mandalika circuit.
“For other events there are no levies paid to the regions,” he said.

Previously, PAD income from the 2021 WSBK fee reached IDR 2.5 billion, and the 2022 WSBK event amounted to IDR 900 million.
So the revenue of the 2022 MotoGP event is IDR 12 billion and the fees of the 2023 WSBK event are IDR 616 million.
“The tax revenue from MotoGP 2023 amounts to more than IDR 7 billion,” he said.
Pertamina Mandalika Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara, will once again host the MotoGP event from 27 to 29 September 2024.
