AirDrop is an easy way to quickly and easily share files with other Apple devices. However, it has a major limitation, which is that it only works via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. This means that users cannot send files via AirDrop to devices that are out of range of a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi network.
