An easy way to reactivate a lost XL card
Jakarta (MidLand) – If you lose an XL card, can you reactivate it? The answer is yes!
You can still easily reactivate your XL number.
There are two ways to solve this problem:
1. Via XLC online
2. Come directly to the XL Center
The above two methods can help you reactivate the XL card you are using.
Card loss is usually caused by credit balances or Internet quotas that have never been recharged within a certain period. To prevent this from happening, you should regularly recharge your card before the activity period expires.
However, for XL users who are already facing this issue, you can do the following.
1. Via XLC online
Requirements that need to be prepared:
- Prepare e-KTP and Family Card documents.
- Prepare a photo of your SIM card with the 16-digit number (if applicable).
- Preparing selfies/photos selfie with the e-KTP.
- Prepare a photo of your signature on white paper.
- Attach another mobile number that can be contacted via WhatsApp for the validation procedure.
Once you have prepared the requirements, proceed as follows.
- Open the page https://xlcenter.xl.co.id/home/simcard-services/reactivation.
- Enter the expired XL number.
- Then, fill in your personal details according to your KTP and KK.
- Enter an alternative number that can be contacted via WhatsApp from XL Center.
- The request data will be validated by the XL Center for approximately two hours before being active again.
Reactivating a lost XL card through XLC Online does not incur any administrative fees and prepaid number holders will receive a 5GB quota bonus.
2. Come directly to the XL Center
The second way, you can reactivate a lost XL card, by providing the following data:
- ETC
- Family card
- Bring a burned XL SIM card
You can then go directly to the nearest XL Center.
Here are some provisions you should pay attention to:
- Number lost no more than 60 days ago.
- Prepare complete data and documents (e-KTP/KITAP/KITAS/PASSPORT).
- Please provide your family card number.
- Customers upload photos of themselves and documents if online or are willing to have their photo taken with their real ID if they come to the XL Center.
- Free as usual administratorpassion if via online.
- Administrative fee IDR 5,000 or FREE administrative fee with a minimum top-up credit of IDR 50,000 if the process is done at XL Center.
- If you come to XL Center, you can be represented by bringing a power of attorney with a seal of Rp 10,000 and bringing the original identity document of both parties.
- In order to protect customer data, the activation process of expired numbers will be carried out through a complete validation process.
