After Apple Music, “lossless” audio is said to be coming to Spotify

Jakarta (MidLand) – Pieces coding programming in the latest version of Spotify for Android once again suggests the audio possibilities without loss the long awaited one will arrive soon.

After initially being known three years ago as “Spotify HiFi” and then rumored to be part of the more expensive “Premium” subscription tier, it appears that Spotify is changing strategy again.

A champion coding Reddit user Hypixely’s latest Spotify discovery features that audio without loss will be included in Add on Optional “Music Pro” which will also include a DJ remix feature, broadcast on The Verge page, Saturday (4/13).

These features will allow Spotify customers to edit songs in a completely new way. So, Music Pro is not package something else, but rather something that users can add to Spotify Premium for an unknown price.

Hypixely tinkered with a lot of programming code to successfully devise Spotify’s plan. Quote without loss very clear with Spotify support file FLAC “up to 24 bit/44.1 kHz” (general specification for audio without loss).

Interestingly, Spotify is also planning some sort of optimization feature headphones which uses “patented technology” to improve sound for some models, with Apple’s AirPods mentioned in the coding even that.

Most audio compression techniques result in the loss of some internal data file original source. Compression without loss it is a form of compression that preserves all the original data while providing the highest quality, as close as possible to the quality of recorded music performed by musicians.

Hypixely also believes that Music Pro will allow for more sophisticated filtering of the library (by mood, genre, and more). Spotify is also pushing further into AI playlists, but it’s not sure if this will be part of the Music Pro add-on.

Previously, Apple Music had already launched Dolby Atmos “spatial audio” function and also “lossless quality” function in its application in 2021.
