GoTo Group On Demand Director and President Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo expressed her pride that students who took part in this program achieved excellent academic results.
“This year we are proud to welcome the first batch of Gojek scholarship recipients who graduated from higher education. What is also encouraging is that they graduated on time with excellent academic results. In addition to scholarships, Gojek also provides non-academic training, including how to write a CV appropriately and correctly, prepare for job interviews, build a work ethic as a young graduate, as well as basic leadership values. This self-development program is provided voluntarily by Gojek management employees who are competent in their fields, as a form of support among members of the Gojek ecosystem.
Also present was Transport Minister Budi Karya Sumadi who shared his experiences while working in government. He also explained various Ministry of Transportation programs that he hopes will inspire former scholarship recipients ready to enter the world of work.
Budi said Indonesia’s Emas 2045 is one of the government’s long-term commitments to produce quality and high-level human resources in industry.
