Undip Institute for Research and Community Service President Jamari said the classification database groups scientists into 22 scientific fields and 174 scientific subfields. “The selection is based on the top 100,000 scientists or a percentile ranking of 2% or higher,” he said in his statement. According to Jamari, also among the world’s researchers, UNDIP is in the process of strengthening research universities. The campus also encourages researchers to conduct research and seek to publish their findings in highly reputed national and international journals.
“The research produced will hopefully have an impact on the benefits of society and the progress of the nation,” Jamari said.
Jamari also expressed pride in the international recognition from the international institution Elsevier, an academic publishing house in the Netherlands that focuses on scientific, technical and healthcare content.
