This elephant calf was born on Thursday at 05:00 WIB in the SPTN camp of Region I Lubung Kembang Bunga Tesso Nilo National Park Hall (TNTN) of Lubuk Kembang Bungo village, Ukui district, Pelalawan regency, Riau province.

This female elephant is the fourth daughter of elephant Lisa, born in the TNTN Elephants Flying Squad camp, as a result of breeding with wild elephants. Previously, elephant Lisa gave birth to three baby elephants named Imbo, Rimbani and Ryu.
The birth process went normally with the mother and baby in good health. To confirm the condition of both, the medical team from the Riau Natural Resources Conservation Center (BBKSDA) carried out a thorough medical examination.
